Patients known to have ischaemic heart disease (angina and/or previous heart attack)are invited to attend this annual clinic run from St Paul's.
Patients should make their annual appointment in the month of their birth. This can be done by phoning the main reception. No appointments will be sent from the practice. At each appointment, patients will be given a blood test form for their next appointment. Duplicates can be requested from reception.
The clinic is run by an assistant practitioner and Dr Wilson/ANP Liz Bull. Patients need to arrange to have their blood tests, including cholesterol level, prior to the clinic so we have the maximum information on which to look at treatment options with.
